Piotr and team were extremely easy to work with. They were attentive to our needs and took time to answer any questions that I had, and make sure I understood. They also moved up our service date because we were expecting and due before they were going to do our roof, and knew the loud noises would not be great with a newborn. Not only do they have great customer service, the work they did on our roof was impeccable. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their roof done.

We had the good fortune of meeting the team from Design & Development Group in the summer of 2017 when we decided to finish our basement. They were recommended by a friend and we had an outstanding experience with them. The crew was very professional and took care of our every need. Peter is great to deal with and genuinely cares about the customer. Our basement was done is a very timely fashion at a price that was lower than other estimates. My only complaint is that I hardly ever get to use the new basement because my teenage sons have taken over the space as their own. We had such a positive experience with D&D that we called on them again this February when we decided to completely gut and renovate a full bathroom upstairs. We are amazed at the workmanship and again we saved money while getting top notch materials and labor. I highly recommend D&D for all your home improvement needs.

Our house experienced hail damage to the roof, gutters/downspouts and garage door. Our neighbors were already using Design and Development and we received great reviews from every one of them. It was natural for us to go with them, and we are really glad we did! Piotr (Peter) and Agata are absolutely the best. Knowledgeable, consultative and worked with our insurance company to get the best claim outcome. Throughout the process, they were timely, professional, and exemplary in their communications with us. Our house looks outstanding, and Agata provided her consultation on color choice and it was greatly appreciated and right on point. Piotr and the crew performed outstanding work. From the very first roof inspection to the final installation Robert constantly kept me professionally up to date and informed of all the processes. Work was completed as promised and skillfully installed. The materials used are of high quality. The job site was always kept clean and during roof tear off my house was protected by plywood and tarps. All shrubbery was protected with covers. Iwould highly recommend Design and Development for roof replacement after hail damage.

You pay homeowners insurance for years and everything is great until you have a problem! Most people, us included, thought, hail damage, file a claim, get your check, and hire a contractor. In today’s insurance climate it’s not that simple. Luckily for us the Design and Development Group was recommended to us. They, in effect became our advocating agents representing us with our insurance company. Piotr and Agata were there every step of the way negotiating on our behalf with the adjusters and insurance company. The negotiations with the insurer were lengthy, three months, but after numerous phone calls, vendor quote justifications and adjuster appointments, we were finally able to get most of the damage covered! From that point forward everything went smoothly thanks to the highly professional crews from Design and Development! We had extensive work done from interior drywall and paint work to a new roof, five skylights, siding, fascia and gutters! They were working against incoming cold weather and had to coordinate the different work crews. All the workers were friendly and highly skilled and worked long hours to stay on schedule. They were extremely clean and professional, and always took the time to stop to answer any questions we had. Credit the crews for the quality of the work but credit Piotr and Agata for assembling such a great company, for advocating for their clients so professionally, and for meeting all our expectations on such a large job! Highly recommend Design & Development to family, friends and neighbors! In fact already did! Had our roof, siding, gutters and upper windows completed by them. We went through insurance for roof, siding, gutters, and 2 skylights, D&D walked us thru the whole process and kept us up to date even when there were manufacturing delays out of their control. Agata helped us with colors, design, and not to mention all the backend dealings with insurance and permits. Piotr and Robert were onsite pointing out areas of concern and damage, explaining next steps when going through insurance, and on-site when work was being done. Their crews for roofing, siding and windows were amazing! Quick, efficient and cleaned up debris after each day. Even my neighbor said they didn’t even notice when work was being done in the house. When picking the windows, D&D worked with our budget telling us which windows should be done and which to hold on. Gave us different manufacturing options and why they work with those manufactures. Design and Development Group gets two thumbs up! Agata and Piotr were fantastic! They guided me through the insurance claims process when I really needed an advocate. Agata’s interior design skills were greatly appreciated as she helped us understand what options worked well together, even directing us to previous jobs to see installed products. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and they were always available to address any of our concerns. In a world where you can get taken advantage of by contractors quite easily, I would not hesitate to refer or use this company again.

I had the privilege to work with Ms. Opoka on a recent siding claim that I had filed with Allstate. Agata become an intermediary between the two parties (Siding Company and Insurer ). She is very pleasant to work with and quite thorough. She was able to secure additional funds for me from my carrier, Allstate.
